This page describes what OT Hub actually stores, why, and who else sees it.
1. What we collect
- Account — your username, email address, and a password stored only as a one-way hash. We never store your password in a readable form and cannot tell you what it is.
- Licence and device — your licence key, a hardware identifier (HWID) used to lock the licence to your machine, and a record of activations including the IP address and time. This is what stops key sharing.
- IP addresses — recorded on login and activation, with a first-seen and last-seen time.
- Discord — if you choose to link Discord, we store your Discord user ID, username, avatar reference and the access tokens needed to grant your roles. You can unlink at any time from your dashboard, which deletes that record.
- Purchases — what you bought, when, the amount, and the Stripe session reference. We never receive or store your card number.
- Product usage — in-game statistics and telemetry the script reports (for example session times and per-game stats) so your dashboard can show them, plus an activity log of significant account events such as logins and key resets.
2. Why we collect it
To give you access to what you bought, to enforce one licence per person, to show you your own stats, to provide support, and to detect fraud and abuse. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Who else sees it
- Stripe processes payments and handles your card details directly under their own privacy policy.
- Discord receives requests to assign your roles if you link your account.
- Our staff can see account, licence and purchase records in order to provide support. Staff cannot see your password.
4. Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. It is not used for tracking or advertising.
5. Keeping and deleting your data
We keep account and purchase records while your account exists, and purchase records afterwards where we need them for accounting and fraud prevention. You can delete your account from Dashboard → Account → Delete Account, which removes your account and unlinks your Discord.
6. Security
Passwords are hashed, the site is served over HTTPS, and administrative actions are logged. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a password you do not use anywhere else.
7. Children
OT Hub is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we will remove it.
