1. What OT Hub is

OT Hub sells software that runs alongside certain Roblox experiences, plus related tools and services. OT Hub is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Roblox Corporation or the developers of any game it works with.

2. Your licence

Buying a product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. Your licence is tied to your OT Hub account and to your hardware, and it is enforced by a hardware identifier (HWID) lock.

Your licence key is yours alone. Sharing, reselling, renting or publishing it is not permitted.
Attempting to bypass, patch, decompile or defeat the licensing or anti-tamper systems is not permitted.
We may reset, suspend or revoke a licence that shows signs of sharing or abuse.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for everything done with your account. Keep your password private. If you link a Discord account, you are responsible for that link.

4. Age

If you are under 18, you may only buy or use OT Hub with the permission of a parent or guardian, and they are responsible for the purchase.

5. Risk of using third-party software

Read this part carefully. Using third-party software with an online game may breach that game's or platform's own rules, and can result in your game or platform account being banned or restricted. That risk is yours and yours alone. OT Hub does not control Roblox or any game developer, cannot appeal their decisions, and does not compensate you for a ban, a lost account, or lost in-game items or currency.

6. Availability

Games update constantly and can break compatibility without warning. We work to keep products functional, but we do not guarantee that any product will work at any given moment, on any given game, or forever. Features may change or be removed.

7. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before purchase. Purchases are one-time unless the checkout page explicitly says otherwise. All sales are final — see the Refund Policy.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account for breaching these terms, for abuse of our staff or systems, for fraudulent payment, or for filing a chargeback. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

9. No warranty and limitation of liability

OT Hub is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to OT Hub is limited to the amount you paid us for the product the claim relates to.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above will change when we do. Continuing to use OT Hub after a change means you accept the updated terms.
